Every one thinks that they should try and lose weight and exercise after Christmas and the New Year - I disagree, start now and you'll have less of a mountain to climb next year. Let's face it, most have been putting off exercise at this time of year. Getting into an exercise habit is something that should happen all the time not just once or twice a year after great indulgence of food during celebration times. That is why I excited to be adding two new classes to the schedule starting October 7th. Let's start now so we can enjoy the holidays without gaining weight.
This strength training class is designed for all fitness levels. We will use body bars, dumbbells and resistance bands to improve muscular strength and endurance.
This class integrates Pilates, Barre and Physique 57 Training. It targets the full body with emphasis on the powerhouse(core)! No shoes required.
This cardio kickboxing workout challenges you with choreographed cardio moves as well martial arts drills. Form and technique is still the primary focus, but be prepared to have fun and burn some major calories.
This Class incorporates cardio and strength stations designed to get your heart pumping, burn calories and build strength. You will get the ultimate workout. You workout at your own station, so exercises can be modified to your fitness level.
TRX is a bodyweight exercise, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
LEVEL 1 - TRX Suspension training is a bodyweight exercise, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. If you are new to TRX or simply prefer a less intense workout Level 1 is for you.
