By Rory Cox

Emerging from Yu (a Tao term for being) assembling with the English word for balance (equilibrium, steadiness) is a philosophical approach to attaining sustainable lifelong wellness.  In a culture fixated on instant gratification,YuBalance offers a pragmatic means to realizing your health and fitness requirements. Becoming a health conscious person for life isn't going to happen in two weeks or 90 days. Wellness is not a fad or an extreme challenge to be conquered (or failed) then forgotten. Wellness is a lifelong endeavor; one that requires patience, commitment and self-awareness.
