I looked in the mirror the other day and noticed a rounder face staring back at me. I then got on the scale and realized that since the ongoing snow storms and rough winter, it was evident that I had spent too much time in the kitchen.I jumped on the treadmill and began to become more strict with my intake again.Enough is enough.
When do you know that it is time to get back on track?
Have you ever had a day when things did not go as you had planned, where it seems like Murphy's Law is at work (If things can go wrong they will) well I had such a day but I must say I learned a few lessons from it. On the day in question I clicked on the wrong address in my GPS, this took me to sickleville New jersey instead of Princeton (1.5 hrs away). My phone was acting up and off course I was using it as a GPS. It died along my journey and I had no way of recharging it because the battery was defected (but I did not know that). I ended up getting to my destination 3 hours later, a little desheveled and very apologetic.
My journey taught me to 1/ Be patient and take in your surroundings, you may need to remember this area.
2/ relax and know that everything that happens is for a reason, getting upset will only cloud your vision.
3/be thank full for being safe, having money for extra gas and for the flexibility of the person at the end of my journey who was very understanding.
4/Buy an extra phone for emergencies,a GPS and do not be so much in a hurry.
Life is a journey. Enjoy it.
What are YOU doing to save more lives and make a dent in the obesity epidemic with your fitness business?
I love what I do. I help to motivate individuals who never ever thought that they could change their lives. I help people to see a number on the scale that they have not seen in years. Through Fergie;s Instructional Training, individuals learn about nutrition and healthy choices. Through the group fitness classes bonds and friendships are created as strangers travel a similar path to change their bodies.Yes ,Through my business I am excited to say that the obesity epidemic is being reduced, one body at a time.
i really enjoy reading motivational statements. They add a little oomph in my day. At present my favorite motivational website is "Addicted2success.com".

live life on purpose.
I implore all my readers and avid fitness enthusiasts to make a renewed effort to make a commitment to themselves to 'keep it together during the 'filling' holidays. For December, use less refined sugars, less sugary drinks and eat less complex carbohydrates . Take in a little more protein, raw vegetables, fiber and water.
Live life on purpose and recognize that failure is the chance to do better next time so always strive to achieve your goals no matter what they are.
I love life and health!.Everyone should do something daily to ensure wellness and happiness. I learned to stop putting myself on the back burner, and also to stop feeling guilty about taking care of myself. I make quality time for myself every day. What did you do today.?
