I implore all my readers and avid fitness enthusiasts to make a renewed effort to make a commitment to themselves to 'keep it together during the 'filling' holidays. For December, use less refined sugars, less sugary drinks and eat less complex carbohydrates . Take in a little more protein, raw vegetables, fiber and water.
Live life on purpose and recognize that failure is the chance to do better next time so always strive to achieve your goals no matter what they are.
