A restoring, relaxing 45 minute structured total body flexibility journey. Experience different types of flexibility including active, dynamic and static training, with various equipment, throughout various ranges of motion. This is a great practice for athletes, frequent and intense exercisers and novices to increase performance and results, improve posture, increase joint range of motion, work on injury prevention, utilize your breath to stimulate muscle relaxation and efficiency, and gain valuable knowledge and awareness about your body. This is for yogi's looking to increase range of motion in their practice range and a great precursor to yoga. All levels and ages are encouraged. Individuals should be able to get down and up on the floor without assistance. *This class is for Endorphin members and guests.(drop in fee for guests).
