Hey! So today I went to a bootcamp session at our gym and it kicked my butt! For the record, this would be considered PAYBACK for all those who attend MOXYAIRFITNESS on weekends. I feel you now, but also know that your body is an amazing piece of work. The more you challenge it, the more it will be able to do and it will surprise you each time. So live in those burns and feel your glutes, hamstrings- bring on the challenges they make us yes, sore, but most importantly stronger!
Have a great day!
Your heart is always beating, no matter what you are doing. You can be standing, sitting or even asleep; your cardiovascular system is always working. By performing mechanical work with your muscles is the only way to make the cardiovascular system to work harder. You cannot separate any of your metabolic cycles out from each other. Even know some can outpace the other your metabolic cycles are always running concurrently and together.
"The more you free your people to think for themselves, the more they can help you. You don’t have to do this all on your own.” Richard Branson Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of flying on Virgin America to Toronto. Ironically, I was also reading Richard Branson’s book called "Business Stripped Bare" about his incredible success in building the Virgin brand.

Barefoot training has recently experienced a surge in popularity and has been shown to improve foot mobility, stability, and activity. Additionally, it has been linked to increased lower limb muscle firing and greater muscle activation patterns through the kinetic chain. In some cases, there is evidence that barefoot training can even decrease lower extremity, hip and low back pain.
