When people work out the majority of them are not maximizing their results even when they think they are. I've hesitated to post this until at least a few weeks into the new year. I want to say Happy New Year. For those of us that work and damn near live at the gym, health club etc. this is our busy time of year. The new year's resolutions of getting fit, losing weight, eating better and the like is all over the place. We welcome you newcomers and the ones who fell off before the spring of last year.
