My P90X package arrived this week. I quickly opened it up to see what I had gotten myself into. My first impression...this is going to be hard and boy am I going to be sore! It seems doable though and I'm excited about the challenge of it all.

Strengthening your core will support you during activities like quickly changing direction or competing in sports. Your core/ abs play a very important role in everyday activity. During your workouts concentrate on activating your core and incorporate core exercises into everyday workout routines. You will notice an improvement in your day-day life, as well as, gain strength and flexibility in your abdominal muscles.
With Thanksgiving around the corner I would like to say I am thankful for so many things! Every time one of my personal training clients breaks a plateau, when Urban Boot Campers finish week four stronger, faster and healthier than they were at the start and when those Kettlebell X-Fit Group Ex participants lift and push more weight than they thought they could or take it up an intensity notch on the TRX or sandbag.
