I recently traveled to Washington D.C. for fun. I love visiting D.C. and going to the Smithsonian's, still haven't been to them all. So, this trip I decided to do a Pilates move and thought the Teaser would be a good one. It's a dynamic move, even for a picture. At first it was a little embarassing getting into position, but after a few times that feeling wore off! My family even cooporated and worked the camera for me. It was fun! The Teaser is a classic Pilates move that is done on almost all of the equipment.
This past week, the family and I took our annual vacation to the beach. My in laws joined us on this trip as well. This was the first time for our newest addition, my baby daughter. My wife and I have been going the past 8 years and over the past 4, we have had kids with us. I can honetly say, this was the best trip yet! Well, also like a car our bodies perform better on cleaner purer fuel. With that said could everybody eat the same food and get the same effect? The answer is no. Some people can consume wheat and process it without noticing a difference in energy. Others for example will consume wheat and find they are fatigued an hour later. The reason for this is the pure and simple fact that everybody’s bodies are different.

So often, I hear clients discuss the idea of utilizing the services of an expert trainer as some type of over-the-top, un-deserved and clearly self-indulgent luxury. There is a sense of guilt, perhaps even shame regarding the idea that "needing" a trainer is indicative of some type of lack of motivation, will-power, or self-starting capacity on the part of the individual... I see nothing as being further from the truth!
OK, everyone. The 13th of JUL is right around the corner. I am still looking for more people to participate in my Wounded Warrior run. Even if you don't run, you can walk, ride a bike, or just show up to support the cause. If you can't be there but would like to make a donation in support of our Wounded Warriors, contact me at email@example.com for details. I look forward to seeing all of you there. Stay fit and stay active. Have a great day.
