Let me start by saying that if you have had “success” with losing weight or feeling better due to a detox or cleanse, I am not here to tell you that you don’t feel the way you feel. I will come back to this idea later (and no, I don’t think it is all in your head).

If one has poor movement and continues that over a period of time a repetitive injury can result. The movement can be an everyday motion or an exercise in a gym. Traumatic injuries can be the result of bad mechanics while engaged in a sport of exercise, sometimes just a one time action.
We have made it to the New Year! Goodbye 2012 and hello 2013! I’m sure each and every one of you has accomplished many things you set out to do this past year and may even have some continuing projects/goals that you want to pursue further in the coming year. No matter what, you have a fresh start. Even if this is the year you finally decide to get healthy and strong, the past is the past and you cannot change it; you can only write your future.

I hope everyone enjoyed their New Years Eve activities as much as I did. Salsa dancing is one of my favorite things to do and I certainly Salsa’d into the New Year 2 days ago! My feet and calves are still feeling it. Thank goodness I’m not too sore for JCF-ComboFit tonight.
