Contrary to popular belief I am extremely clumsy and accident prone, and I am no good at sports. Seirously...let me explain. My clients love a workout that is: challenging, ever-changing, surprising, functional, engaging (mind, body, spirit), and fun! For example, I like to regularly play with the usual variables (intensity of exercise, order of exercise, combination of movments, tempo of movement, rest periods, etc...). So, today everybody was doing a variety of exercises that they thought (after seeing me demonstrate) wouldn't be too tough.... 1) Combination overhead press (45 degrees) and chest press, with tempo contrast of 2 slow (op) and 2 fast (cp)
