With all this extra exercising there is bound to be some sore muscles. How do we get rid of these sore muscles?1) Make sure to do a cool down2) Stretch after you get done working out (by stretching after a workout you will help prevent the pooling of blood in your muscles which is what causes the soreness)

I exercise enough that I can and need to eat over 2,000 calories a day, which I struggle with. It’s surprisingly hard to eat enough with out the help of sugar and junk food.
Someone once told me:"I have done good and I have done bad. I seem to be an all or nothing kind of person. Either I am committed 100% or I am failing 100%. Know your outcome - You need to have specific goals to ensure a positive outcome. Get a photo (or several) of what you will look like when you reach your goal. Negative thinking only wastes your time and energy, so quickly erase any negative beliefs or images that may enter into your mind during your day. By focusing on your goal, you can make the right choices for each day and not get discouraged by anything negative that occurs.
