Workout #2 and people were sore. The legs took quite a beating the first time out. After this workout, most of your soreness should be going away. If you miss a class or two, expect to get some of that soreness back. Hopefully, this will stimulate you to not miss class. Here's the workout we did last night and I've added a couple of short videos for the squat. First one is demonstrating keeping the knees over the toes, very important. One trick that works well for this is while you are squatting, try to wipe gum off the bottom of your shoes.

I overheard a mom at the park the other day complaining about not being able to lose the "baby" weight. She said that if she had a personal trainer and chef on hand it would be no problem at all. But what mom with multple children has time to prepare healthy meals and workout!?! I chuckled to myself as I chased after one of my girls. I do! And I don't find it a hardship, its just what I do to so my family and myself can lead our healthiest lives possible!
Ever sit on the floor crosslegged with a group of kids only to try to get up feeling stiff and unable to walk for a few minutes? Been there done that... As a Girl Scout Leader, I find myself sitting on the floor with the girls at meetings, sleeping on god aweful surfaces at campouts, slumped over craft projects for extended periods of time and crouching to join them in a game, conversation or give instructions. Standing up, unfolding my body and recovery seems to take a little longer every year.
Tabata Light Class Workout #2We had a full class yesterday which is awesome.
