Exercise/Fitness Demo Ideas??

I'll be hosting a promo table (10'x10' space) outdoors at a festival. I'm planning to have promo materials and exercise demos performed. Anyone have any type of "outside the box," eye-catching ideas/demos that they used that has been successful. I will be promoting a “Ask the Expert" session but was looking for something else to gain peoples interest. Any thoughts or ideas are welcomed, and much appreciated.
