Aerobic Master Instructor definition

Will you please send me a full description of Aerobic & Step Master Instructor< or just a general description of a Master Instructor at something,this is to clarify that some individuals call themselves titles such as' Master Instructors " that they don't actually own.

Some companies are assuming that they can create a job title such as ' Master Instructor "so they end up giving titles and names to simple instructors who haven't even passed through a course such as : Step Master or Aerobic Master etc;
