ACE Health & Fitness Specialist Cert vs Speciality Certs

How in-depth did you find the Health & Fitness Specialist Cert program? I am ACE certified personal trainer, also have my NSCA-CSCS last year. Many of my clients have weight loss issues or are injured or have other health issues. I'm looking for the certification/program that will offer me the most knowledge to help this clientele.
