I am a 51 year old woman who is beginning her workout to increase bone density. Anyone have specific ideas of where to start?

I am 5' 7", 120 lb. fit woman who has osteopenia and need to increase my bone density. I would like to focus on that while adding a little cardio to my workout 3 times a week.
