Employee wellness lecture ideas-help!

We are starting employee wellness at work and we would like to add wellness lectures. I have smoking cessation starting soon. We recently kicked it off with a healthy food demo, the ymca promoted, and we had fun fitness testing but to keep the momentum I'd like to hear what worked for you!
