I have a tightness in my rhomboids and upper traps, more so on my right as I am right handed?

I do lots of driving as well as sit in front of a PC. I workout with weights 5-6 days per week. Are there any specific exercises/stretches that will help release the tightness as it is affecting my workouts, especially back and chest workouts.
