Oops. I "second," not "send," Joan's comments.

I send Joan's comments. Tony's class at the Paint Branch Golf Complex is priced right, motivating but individually regulated (i.e., it's a far cry from those pressure-filled group workouts you're afraid of), and while the movements are dynamic and golf-relevant, you need not be a golfer to understand or benefit from them. Tony has a gentle, conscientious soul and is the hardest-working man in fitness.

Thanks Nick. Looking forward to see you on the course this summer.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tony at a C.A. T. Class this past August at Work It Studio in Washington, D.C. I so appreciated the knowledge and experience Wanda and Tony gave my colleagues and I as it relates to the fitness industry. From a group fitness instructor perspective, one my "take aways" from that C.A.T. class is you got to pull in your class participants. As I participated in Tony's class, he pulled us in with is passion, his energy, his excitement, and his positivity. It was fun and I love to dance. Many times I forgot I was working out. The cuing was good too. I really enjoyed it. As a striving group fitness instructor, I have incorporated that into my classes (as well as other strategies that I learned). For anyone looking for a fitness instructor or a mentor in group fitness instructions, Tony will not disappoint. Oh, let me mention the his video with him doing a dance class for the senior: Awesome! He does make a difference for sure.

Working with Tony has been one of the best things I done in a long time. For a person who hate to workout, Tony positive demeanor and knowledge of the human body has not only help my golf game along with over all health.

Tony is great for the mind, body and soul. I would recommend Tony to anyone looking to get their body back into shape.
