    I started working with Brent to increase my upper body strength and overall physical health. He listened to my goals and was able to push me to do more than I thought I could. Brent took me from unable to do a single pushup to doing 100 pushups as my warm up. I left every session feeling accomplished and have lived an overall healthier lifestyle since starting with Brent. Each session was different and built around me. Periodically I have back pain, but Brent was always able to help me stretch some of the tightness out and change things up so I got just as good a workout without doing anything that strained my back. If you are willing to put in the work, Brent has the experience and knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals.

    I've been working out with Brent for a little over five years. He helped me get in shape for my wedding, stay healthy during two pregnancies, and get back in shape after both babies were born. I'm an occupational therapist, and while I don't claim to have the same expertise as Brent, working with someone who truly is educated in physiology and kinesiology was important to me. He is thorough in his explanations of how your body is moving and working, not just dishing out rote repetitions of boring exercises. The sessions fly by and as someone who my whole life has hated exercise, he's helped me find the enjoyment in fitness that keeps me on the wagon.

    Expert, knowledgeable, well-educated trainer who is personable and easy to work with; conservative training approach with individual skill sets and limitations factored into training regimen to avoid or work around injuries; his approach, based on science and a graduate degree, has produced quantifiable results over several years of working with him; seems to be able to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities with ease.     Working with Brent has been a great experience. I needed help controlling weight and cholesterol levels and I have been able to accomplish this working with Brent while also dramatically increasing strength, flexibility and endurance. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, health and nutrition. After a recent back injury, Brent modified my workout quickly and easily which allowed me to heal while staying on track with my goals. Workouts are varied and challenging and I always feel that I am in safe hands. I highly recommend Brent to anyone interested in a personal training experience.

    Brent is an outstanding trainer who I have been using for several years now after a very negative experience with another trainer. He rotates my training routine to fit the activities I am doing at that time of the year such as golf and tennis. Brent also takes the time to fully understand your goals and expertly assesses your fitness. His personalized approach is a true asset; I highly recommend him to anyone from beginner to expert.
