    My friend told me that she never feels better than when she is working out. She said she wished she could work out all the time. That's not me - I feel like I'm dying when I work out. I hate every minute of it. I have tried everything...other trainers, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, gym memberships, Yoga studios... Nothing ever worked out for me. And scheduling time for myself has always been a problem. I work part-time, go to school full-time and have 2 young boys at home.

    When we first started, I can't say that I really expected results. They had always alluded me before. But Carla made set goals anyway. She pushed me when I needed to be pushed (which is all the time). Yet she was very respectful of my minor medical conditions and knew when enough was enough. I didn't have to buy a bunch of junk and she comes to my home, alleviating major schedule hassles. She is always on time and arrives with a smile on her face!

    Within 6 weeks we had already surpassed the goals I set. Now we're setting new ones. I'm going to run a 10K in the spring - something I've never done in my life and never thought was possible. I've lost 12 lbs. and am still losing without suffering through miserable diets and tasteless prepackaged food. I recently visited my asthma doctor and she told me my lung function has never been higher. And I breezed through an annual physical with great marks.

    But best of all, Carla is simply a "nice person". I look forward to seeing her each week and our time spent together.
