    Liz is a transformer. Not only did she transform my body, she transformed my overall health and well being. She also transforms the lives of others outside of the four walls of the fitness center. Liz makes the holiday season bright for a deserving family with her annual adoption collection and community fund raising support during the year. A well deserved 5 star rating for Liz.

    4 weeks ago I went to Liz with an 8 week goal to get me ready for an 8 day hike through the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho and she developed a plan for me to increase endurance, stamina, flexibility and core endurance. With four weeks to go, I have dropped 8 lbs., am able to make it through a training session without wanting to die and notice everyday activities (taking out garbage, lawn work, etc.) are much easier. I am assuming that is core strength. I look forward to my trip and will continue working with Liz to reach my goals.

    I was gaining and losing the same ten pounds for the last fifteen years. Now, I’m well on my way to good health! The group workouts are intense, but very fun and motivational. Liz is very encouraging, supportive of her clients, and has helped me reach goals I thought were not possible for someone my size and physical condition. I’m progressively getting strong and loving it! Thank you Liz!!
