    I have done about 75 training sessions with Liz and we have never the same one twice. It shows how much planning she puts into her work and it keeps it very interesting and therefor effective.

    Liz rocks! The most impressive thing about her is how she can handle people with any level of fitness and how she is always up on the latest in exercise and nutrition. She is always studying and reading up on all kinds of health information. Her clients get the benefit of that, along with all her enthusiasm and energy!! She is an amazing resource for getting a better, healthier life!

    I can't say enough about Liz. She is one tough cookie but deeply cares about her clients. She doesn't let you slack off, yet understands if you have physical limitations and works with you to modify exercises while still benefiting from them. Each session has a different theme, so it's never boring and the time goes by very quickly. Liz is also VERY knowledge about nutrition and is very motivating in helping you stay on a healthy eating path.
