I am an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in the use of Muay Thai (kickboxing) training techniques as a base for my personal training, group fitness, and boot camp programs. These programs target weight loss, improving energy and mood, increasing total body strength - especially core strength, and maximizing cardio endurance. As a student of Muay Thai, and with the help of a personal trainer, I was able to transform from obese to athletic and have since changed careers so that I can help others finally find the solution to their health and fitness challenges. I am also a Functional Aging Specialist, helping boomers get and/or stay fit well into retirement years. I also help older adults with balance and strength challenges to improve their independence, reduce likelihood of falls, and increase participation in activities of daily living.
