    I hired Jess to help keep me on track for a 1/2 marathon and previous to that, for conditioning specifically targeting legs and abdominals. While I hired Jessica as a personal trainer, her expertise goes beyond fitness into nutrition and lifestyle coaching. She clearly takes pride in her work and is organized and well planned, making sure that every routine is different from the last. She is always will to be flexible with routines, knows how to properly assist in technique and is able to provide modifications to make the workout is more challenging or a better overall fit with the goals at hand. Jess is positive, encouraging and great fun.

    Jessica worked her magic to motivate me and provide the support I needed to live a healthier lifestyle and as a result I am in the best condition I have been in a long time. A solid balance of cardio, resistance training, and nutritional guidance was the foundation, topped with a solid helping of empathy motivation and humor.
