    I first met Juliet Gould in June of 2015. Since than, Ms. Gould comes to my home two to three times a week for one to one training.

    Ms. Gould has
    -Given me incentive to work out more frequently.
    -taught me techniques to strengthen my body through repetition exercises and core muscle training.
    -taught me various exercises using fitness balls, resistance bands, chairs and other home gym equipment.
    -challenged me to work harder to improve my stamina and balance.

    What I like most about Juliet Gould is her genuine enthusiasm for what she does, which is building strength and empowerment by helping me to reach my personal fitness goals. The workouts are varied to include Zumba, stretching, Yoga, Pilates, etc.
    Ms. Gould is mindful of my physical limitations, injuries, health concerns and works with me to design exercises that are tailored for my body.
    Since training with Ms. Gould, I have noticed an improvement in my body as it is leaner and stronger and I have been able to increase my workout time from one hour to an hour and a half.

    If you are looking for a good Personal Fitness Trainer, definitely recommend Juliet Gould.

    Working out with Juliet is fun from dancing the zumba to kickboxing. It's been fun mixing things up, learning new techniques, and being motivated to push myself. Love her! She knows when to give that little extra encouragement to get you the results you want! She is also very knowledgable about food which helps a lot in knowing what to eat and what not to eat. She is the best!

    Juliet was my personal trainer at the Bronx House Fitness Center for two years. I always found her to be knowledgeable, personable, and professional and I gained a higher fitness level with her help. I recommend her to anyone who wants skilled help in improving their physical wellness.

    I trained with Juliet for a while. I have MS and came to her needing much guidance to gain both strength and flexibility. She not only researched my disease but came up with a program that was most beneficial to me. She has a unique way of training so you not only get that one on one attention but you get a workout that's actually fun and enjoyable. She not only helped me gain strength and balance but also self confidence. I highly recommend her if your looking for that personal care.
