When we exercise our bodies in the manner that they were designed to function, we will discover that fitness will integrate into all dimensions of health, transforming us in the process.
I am a personal trainer, nutrition and wellness consultant, athlete, wife, and mom! I recently left my full time job in the fitness industry to spend more time with her family. Some of my interests are: eating well, training for my half-ironman and other triathlons, mountain biking, playing with her 7 month old baby, and drinking coffee in the morning with her husband.
