I am an experienced Certified Personal Trainer currently training at Marina PaddleFit and Paddleboard Fitness shop at the Sparks Marina. I appeal to women and men who want to learn new skills in the gym and on the paddleboards, because of my energy level; enthusiasm; my passion for training and my innovative program design. I am known for my ability to work with a wide range of clients from special populations to elite athletes and other personal trainers.
My client’s ages range from seven to 80 years old. It has been my personal experience that SUP is definitely for those who wish to build core strength, endurance, have a goal of shredding fat from their bodies, and those who want to see drastic body composition changes in a very short period of time. SUP Fitness is an amazing and challenging workout. Whether you are just starting out or at a plateau in your fitness program, you will benefit from the mind and body benefits of core and balance training.
I specialize in working with special populations. Fitness is for everyone and I intend to make sure any client that wants to add fitness into their lives can do so in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment with modifications and progressions that will ensure their success.     Lisa is fantastic! I recently signed up for her standup paddle boarding class. Although I was nervous at first, thinking I might be to old (65)to learn this sport, Lisa was patient with me and had me standing on a board within minutes. She is very people oriented and adapts her instruction to the experience level of the customer. She keeps her equipment in pristine condition and her shop is very well organized. Lisa contributes greatly to the recreational activity in our community - we are lucky to have her!

    My daughter introduced me to Lisa after she had great results. I have been training with Lisa for about six months and have gone from feeling tired and out-of-shape to energized and empowered. She varies the work out; keeping it interesting. Very flexible with scheduling and if you get that urge to get the blood can go to a class TRX or circuit training

    Lisa G is amazing!!!!!!!I've been doing her circuit classes for 3 years now and I'm addicted.She is always trying and learning new exercises or techniques.She is one dedicated woman that will definetly make you sweat! I highly recommend her for a trainer!!!! A bonus to working out with lisa you have access to bikes and paddle boarding!!!!!

    I've been working out with Lisa for several years now. Her caring demeanor, along with her knowledge and experience helped me to lose over 40 lbs. I also have issues with my neck but Lisa worked with me and encouraged me like no other trainer I've ever had. She even took the time to meet with my doctor and physical therapist in order to develop a workout program specifically for my needs. Lisa always encourages modifications during her classes. If a client has trouble with a certain exercise or movement, she is right there to offer modifications. I don't think I've ever been to one of her sessions where at least one person needed a modification. Lisa is a trainer for real people. If anyone is looking for real exercises for real people, Lisa G is your gal.
