My sweet husband hired Michelle for me a a trainer at the Y. She came highly recommended. I had never belonged to a gym before and was a little bit intimidated. Michelle was the perfect fit for me. My first sessions she was so patient teaching how to use the machines. I started looking forward to my time with Michelle because I knew she would push me each and every time but also listen when my body needed a rest! The best part was the follow up email she would send so I had the workout on my phone , so when I went to the Y without her, I knew what to do! She also injected a lot of knowledge with her training sessions. I highly recommend her - it is money well spent!

I chose Michelle as a trainer working out of Gig Harbor YMCA because of her profile which indicated that she had a background in yoga and considered the whole person in training. I was very specific in requesting exercise that would increase my core strength and that I could continue at home. With her help, I am well on my way to achieving my goal after working with her for six weeks. She has given me a great shot of energy and enthusiasm which is like gold when you are 70 years of age! I thoroughly recommend her as a caring and highly effective professional.

Michelle was my trainer for 3 years while she was in Charlotte, NC.
I cannot say enough good things about her. She is excellent at what she does. Her workouts were extremely thoughtful and challenging. She encouraged me to push myself well beyond what I thought that I could do. Each workout was different, which kept things interesting. Michelle is always researching new ways of doing things and she uses all different methods to train. She is extremely kind, wise, and just fun to work with. She became my friend as well as my fitness mentor.

Michelle was my personal trainer for about a year before she got married and moved to Va Beach. She would still be my trainer had she not moved. She is excellent, always knowing how to encourage me yet push me to do more. She knows the body's systems and structure and can design fitness and strength building excericises to fit personal goals. You may feel a little sore after a work out but that soon changes. Michelle is very careful and will not let you get injured while exercising.
She helped me prepare for a trip to Kenya which enabled me to enjoy my trip more. I am over 60 and we worked a lot on balance. You will be lucky to have her as a trainer.

I have known Michelle for several years! We have trained along side one another at the YMCA. She is an excellent trainer for all age groups. Very Knowledgeable! She listens to the client regarding their needs/goals and prepares their weekly workouts according. Everyone that knows Michelle, loves her! :)
