    They say when the student is ready, the teacher appears. I had the good fortune to be ready when Pascale appeared. After recovering from a mildly herniated disc in my lower back, I signed up for a small group training class that Pascale was giving through the town. I was a little nervous, but knew I had to do something to prevent another back injury. My experience with Pascale has been just what I needed. Working with each of us in the class, she knows when to challenge us to keep us getting ever stronger. After nearly three years, I continue to be impressed by the time and effort with which Pascale prepares every class. We have worked with almost every kind of fitness equipment you can imagine from stability balls to TRX to free weights and even a little boxing. Pascale ensures that each of us feels successful in realizing our personal best. I am far stronger and healthier for working with Pascale, and I highly recommend her for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey

    Pascale is quite remarkable, in her ability to motivate while always keeping us completely positive and connected with our body during the workout. She has the perfect balance between motivation (while keeping us laughing) and monitoring strength on any one day. That is clearly due to her knowledge of each of us, our bodies and and how to work with folks who are "of a certain age".

    The hour flies by, and I cannot recommend her highly enough

    Pascale motivates me to keep exercising especially on days that I am not feeling
    up to it. She makes every effort to ensure every class is different and interesting. At the end of every class I feel I have exercised
    and stretched every muscle. I enjoy the class, meeting and working out
    with people just like me. And most importantly, I have fun! I am certain Pascale will
    be successful in everything she undertakes!

    Pascale makes very workout count. I have been going to Pascale for about 3 years now, I'm limber and feel great. I have the energy to get through a very long day at work. She encourages us to work to our full potential and than asks us for more. Pascale has motivated me to take hikes, spin classes and to just move! I hope she continues teaching, I will certainly continue taking her classes. Shes a wonderful person and friend.

    If you are looking for the ideal Personal Trainer, then look no further than Pascale. Whether you are a seasoned exercise guru or if you are just starting out on your fitness journey Pascale has the energy and the know how to create a perfect fitness plan for you.

    One of the many things that I love about my workouts with Pascale (besides her amazing energy and perpetually positive attitude) is that they are always different, interesting, and the time flies by. She has a tremendous knack for mixing up routines, equipment, and musical motivation. I always look forward to something different. And guess what? It never gets boring!

    Pascale draws from many different areas of fitness. Sometimes we kick box, sometimes it's yoga based, sometimes it's cardio or resistance work. She is constantly adding to her expertise in different fitness areas and she brings all of that added knowledge to her clients.

    She has also taught me that although some fitness equipment can be fun you don't need anything besides your own body to get a great workout in. Let her show you how! You WON'T be disappointed!
