I was so lucky to find Sharon. I have a neurological issue that can be a problem when exercising. She was the only trainer I’ve met who took the time to research my condition and worked with me in a way that enabled me to exercise. Through her sensitivity to my limitations and in-depth knowledge of biomechanics and physiology, I was able to increase my strength, flexibility and cardiovascular system to a point I never thought possible.

Sharon is an outstanding trainer. I started training with her on January 2013. I have been a dedicated client since then. She is very knowledgeable and constructs workouts to match your body’s style as well as capabilities. I started with one on one session’s for about 6 months and currently Sharon creates programs for me to do on my own. I really do enjoy working with Sharon she is a very dedicated trainer and a wonderful person.Nerly B.

Sharon is extremely knowledgeable. She knows fitness, and she knows nutrition. I was also amazed at the seemingly endless variety of exercises that she included in my workouts. There was never a dull moment!

Sharon is an excellent trainer! When I first went to her I had debilitating back pain and she worked with me to develop the right exercise program to help me to become stronger and ultimately virtually pain free in my back. She is an expert on corrective exercises and tailors those exercises to meet her client's specific individual needs. If something doesn't seem to be working for me, she will immediately introduce another exercise that will work better. In addition, she continues to develop new programs to meet my evolving needs. Even though my back has improved I continue to work with Sharon because I trust her explicitly. I now realize the importance of maintaining a regular exercise program, and could not imagine doing that without her continued guidance and support.
