Human genome is extremely complex and so unique that each persons blue print on dieting along with psychological perception of stress, emotions and food can NOT be summed up in a meal plan or a diet. What may seem to be an "optimal " diet approach that works for most is not looking into the outliers (we all have our own unique outliers) and what's worse the prevalence of obesity in US (36% obese adults and 17% obese youth - CDC 2015 statistics).
Finding the right "diet", approach and/or combination is as unique to each individual as your finger print. Looking at the different diets and approaches as tools that can be used and interchanged to fit each unique persons nutritional makeup along with focusing on their goals at a particular time is what true success of dieting and nutrition should be.
One-Fits-All approach simpy does NOT work!
