Yoga really does "ROCK" the park

Yseterday I did yoga in the park in Sunken Gardens in Denver. It was amazing! They have amazing DJ's and music. We meditated, did yoga, dance, ate and got some vitamin D. What more could you want. It is a great environment to meet like minded people and make new friends. Check it out! There are 2 more event. Go to "yoga rocks the park" and check the schedule. Endorphin gym will be hosting it on 9/11. I will be there. Give me a shout out if you come. Yoga in the park is everywhere, so find out whats happening in your city. Try something new!

Kombucha

Its a refreshing healthy probiotic that is good for your belly. My favorite is GT Synergy Trilogy flavor. There are sveral brands on the market now. Yum. I drink 8 oz everyday. For some it may be an acquired taste. But I think you will grow to like it. encourage you to try it. Make sure you check with your doctor if you are pregmant or have an special medical condition.

Summer workouts

In the Summer, I spend more time outside. Colorado is sunny and beautiful all year. I like to bike to the pool and take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, which is just a few blocks from my house. I can't resist the diving board or the slide! My legs, arms and core get a super duper workout. Yoga in the park is one of my favorite things to do. It's a free event 2 times a month with about 700 plus people. The instructors are great and I get to do a different yoga style each time. Its an exhilarating experience. The DJ's and music get me energized! It's a great way to meet new people and other fitness enthusiasts and professionals. I like to do sprints on the track across from my house. I imagine that I'm going for the gold in the Olympics! I wear bright yellow shoes tat make me go faster, lol! I like to take daily walks with music and get my vitamin D, clear my head and to relax. I like hot weather! It makes me sweat and I get my natural detox! I drink an all day electrolyte and lots of water to stay hydrated. What about you? Id like to hear from you. Share your story!

Happy Day all! Today I will be doing Horton Modern Dance for my exercise. It gives me cardio, balance, strength and mind. It leans my inner thighs and tones my gluteus. Fun, fun fun. Dinner will be split pea soup with spinach salmon and org red quinoa mixed together. Dessert is Celestial Seasonings Gingerbread Spice decaf tea. Yum! What are you doing and eating today? I'm sweating it out and toning up my legs and abs in modern dance at Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Studio. I love riding my outdoor bike even when it's hot! And I can't forget about swimming outdoors! It is exhilerating!

I almost forgot about sprints on the track to tone my legs and glutes!I would love to hear from you guys! What are you into this summer?
