The hamstrings cross the knee joint at the back of the leg. That's why when you contract your hamstrings, your knee bends. But there is one hamstring muscle that doesn't cross the knee joint (called the short head of the Biceps Femorus) but rather attaches, at one end of the muscle, to the mid femur. While everyone probably knows how to do a hamstring stretch, the shorter hamstring muscle rarely gets stretched properly...until now!
Try the stretch in this video a couple times a day over the next few days and tell me that you don't feel better
Oh, bonus time...If you have feet that turn out, this stretch will help to correct that.

It might not sound right but scrap your plan B. Any time spent thinking about a plan B is time taken away from what should be your main focus. People have a plan B because they are afraid of failure. I'm here to tell you...don't be afraid to fail. Failure is just success training.
Don't let fear stop you from trying something you've always wanted to try. Don't let fear stop you from following your dreams. One of the saddest things I can imagine is to reach the end of your life and say to yourself "I wonder if I had just followed my dreams how that would have turned out" succeed letgo reach
Life is short...try to get some exercise in, eat a bit more fruits and veggies but above all love, laugh and enjoy your life.

When you let the alarm clock go off, you are letting life tell you what to do. It's telling you that you HAVE to get up now...you HAVE to do this or HAVE to do that.
When you are passionate about something then that will drive you to get up in the morning and you won't need an alarm clock. Your passion will make you want to get up.
Find your passion and let that be the reason you get up in the morning.
Sometimes less IS more.
