I know a lot of you like to workout indoors or out and planning your week of exercise can be pretty daunting. Well it's one more hurdle that can make exercise just a little harder, or an excuse you can use to get out of exercising.
So. . . I am going to be doing something called the fitness forecast for the east bay area every week and you are welcome to check in every week and plan out your exercise routine for the week with me.
The cool thing is, even if you don't live in the immediate area, you can take some of the ideas and fitness concepts I provide and use them in your area.

When you need to workout but you don't know what to do. Think of these 3 basics. I call them the big 3, and between them you can cover all of your bases as far as muscles are concerned.
Push-ups
Pull-ups
Squats or Lunges.
Modify them anyway you know to make them harder or easier to adjust to your level.

I was able to get out today and do my Tuff Mutha training protocol of 3 miles. This is the Diablo View Trail in the East Bay Regional Park called Briones. Looking forward to Saturdays Run/Hike with the Group!
