We have less and less of it each year it seems. The demands on our time are greater. Exercise seems less of a priority. Who has an hour to train these days anyway? Here are 2 tips to make your training time more efficient.

1. Strength and Cardio supersets- Pair up a upperbody exercise with a lower body exercise and then do 30-60sec on your favorite cardio machine . For example 1.... Pushups. 2. Squat then 30 sec all out on a bike. Rest a minute then repeat.
2. Circuit Training - Going from one exercise to the next without resting in between. For example 1. Squat 2. Push up 3. lunges 4. Dumbbell row or lat pulldown. 5. Any Core exercise. You could do this for repetitions or time. Do as many rounds in 20 minutes. Done.
