    One of my favorite ways to work the core is against resistance. As the muscles of the core are just like all other muscles in our body. They have the capacity to get stronger.

    Here is a simple and effective exercise you can to today to get a stronger core.


    Do this for time. Do ONE set of 30 seconds on each side. You can do this with either a cable or resistance band. Enjoy.
