  1. MYTH BUSTING....................

    1. Doing leg lifts, reverse crunches and sit ups will not give you a strong core or six pack abs. Do stability exercises like Front/Side planks, dead bugs and variations on those will help.

    2. It's not 80% nutrition and 20% exercise to get the body and health you desire. It's 100% of both.

    3. Only light weights and lots of reps will get me toned. WRONG. Using... heavier weights in the 6-12 rep range will help you build lean muscle and the tone your looking for.

    4. More difficult the exercise the better it is for me. Couldn't be more wrong. Their is a reason people are still doing the basics like squats, push ups, lunges, deadlifts and chin ups is because they work!
