In honor of the beautiful, white stuff that blanketed everything in Snowmass this morning, I decided to dedicate today's boot camp to our favorite winter sports. Just as in skiing and snowboarding, we used our body weight as our main load, doing things like isometric squats, one legged squats, and rotating squat jumps. We were lunging like we were tele skiing and doing floor dips like when we need to pick ourselves back up. We did mogul hops, lunges, and, of course, mountain climbers .
