As a group fitness instructor it is very easy to become bored with the classes you teach. bellicon Bounce is different from any other format I have every taught. Instructors get tired too especially when they are trying to fill the room with as much energy as possible. With bellicon Bounce I can give the class my all without feeling the usual fatigue felt with other formats. Why is this the case? Because bellicon removes the impact felt with the majority of formats found in the fitness world today. bellicon Bounce is a great cardio class that lets you bounce to the beat.

One of my favorite basketball coaches had a phrase "fake hustle" he loved to use.  If you're into sports you've seen it before.  It's the guy that lackadaisically dives after a ball after it's ALREADY gone out of bounds.  It's the guy that misses an easy layup and commits a foul on the very next possession trying to make up for it.  How about the guy that botches the play drawn up in the last time out, then feigns an ankle sprain and looks at the bench like "Coach, I need a sub!"?

Strengthening your core is fundamental to building a healthy, safe exercise regimen. Core exercises strengthen the entire body, particularly the pelvic floor, hip, and lower back. I have spent my entire teaching career focusing on Pilates and mindful movement.  I love the depth and breadth of this work.  I feel energized when I see a client feel the work deeply for the first time and understand that to be truly present in their exercise sessions brings about great change.  I recently had the opportunity to take a Spinning certification course.  I was very nervous walking into this class for several reasons.  For starters, this form of exercise was out of my comfort zone.  I teach slow, controlled, precise movements; not spinning!
