This is day one of your 5 minute coaching session. Hi. My name is Sarah, and I've done so many things in life including one of my greatest personal accomplishments-becoming a life/health coach. Believe it or not, I have had life struggles and questions the same as anyone else. I used to wonder if I were doing a good job or how could I do a better job? Would I be successful enough? Did I exercise enough, eat well enough? And with four children running around my biggest question was always if they were receiving the very best of me everyday. Career? Sure.
