June 2011 a man rolled up to me in a wheelchair and introduced himself to me.  "Hi, I am Master Sergeant Christopher Aguilera and I was shot down in Afghanistan in June 2010 and my phyiscal therapists stated this is it for me, and I find it unacceptable."  I looked at Chris and said no problem, I can help you and you will reach your goals.

WOW, what a great day!  Approximately 50 people gathered at Camp Max Straus eager to start a day full of health and fitness.  It was so rewarding to see each person pass through the gates for the camp grounds into a 112-acre oasis.   Mother nature was great to us.  The weather was perfect for a “fun picnic with a purpose.” Serjik Grakasian.

The Pilates breathing technique will help you to capitalize on your strengths without wearing yourself down.

Hey everyone!I’ve been volunteering my fitness and wellness services at one of the Homeless Shelters in San Jose.  The women and children have been giving me such positive feedback on the benefits of the activities we do together.  They have been feeling more optimistic and are learning about the importance of fitness and taking “mental vacations”. Some have requested I come more often and others suggested I expand to other shelters in the area. So, I’m doing it!
