Healthful Advice
When I stop and think about what inspires me to reach new fitness goals, I think about many things. One, being my past accomplishments. Everyone has to start somewhere. For me, my enthusiasm and love for fitness began in my early twenties. It all started with a few 5K races I ran back in college with a friend. After that, running became my main source of exercise. When I realized I could accomplish a race and have fun doing it, that made me want to push myself to do better.
