Healthful Advice
Doing outdoor workouts was not something I considered at first. I’ve always loved the outdoors, but over the years my workouts have always taken place indoors at a gym. This is where I thought I was supposed to go and workout. Yes, this is true. You can, and many do workout in a gym. There is another option though – go outside!!

Do you wear a Fitbit, fitness tracker or sports watch?  Are you getting one for Christmas? Giving somebody one?  I have a Garmin Forerunner and it vibrates every hour to entice me into movement.  I've had the watch for over a year now and I don't think I have once moved because the watch vibrated and the display clearly told me to "Move."  I do however, pay attention to it when I go on my runs, maybe too much attention.  I have been known to overdo it in an attempt to reach muchl too lofty goal.
