Lowered functioning of cognition and perception can be experienced by patients during and up to two hours after treatment. Further long-term studies are required to understand the risks of long-term use of ketamine fully. This is particularly so concerning the risk of addiction to the drug.

Or maybe you plan to do 4 WODs per week and then not worry about exercising the other days.
