I have been into martial arts and Yoga for 25 years. Having had arthritic conditions since I was 14; to me Yoga is not just a way to tone, burn calories, improve flexability, or achieve some clairity of mind it is a healing art when done correctly and with respect to your own personal restrictions. A certified personal trainer through W.I.T.S. I have also taken a 200 hour Yoga instructor training course. I have been actively teaching 20+ classes per week for the past 9 years.
