Brian Donovan Fitness - Plank To Push-Up

The Plank To Push-Up is a challenging progression of your basic plank exercise. Starting in the plank position with your forearms on the mat, keeping your hips slightly elevated so your lower back is not sagging, core stabilized, come up into the full extension of a push-up, then back down into the plank. Repeat for desired amount of reps or time. Muscles worked: abdominals, obliques, triceps, delts.
