Today’s move ➡️Bear slide


My client and I did today’s move with a sandbag, but it can be done with a dumbbell of whatever weight you choose. The sandbag was 17.5# and this is 25#. Start in bear position- (hands and knees with knees about 2 inches off the ground)-with a dumbell in middle of you. Take one hand and slide the dumbbell forward. Go to plank and push-up. While in plank slide dumbbell back with same hand and return to bear position. Repeat for 30 secs and then repeat with other hand for 30 secs.
