    Alicia is absolutely amazing! Her dedication, knowledge, fun spirit, positive energy, and motivation are what I had been looking for in a personal trainer. Alicia took the time to meet with me to get a better idea of my daily lifestyle and together we set realistic and achievable goals. I was very impressed she took the time to review my food logs to help determine what types of foods I need to eat more of and less of (those carbs!) I wanted to focus on getting toned for my wedding and overall, be more flexible and have more energy and endurance. I can confidently say I achieved all of my goals and truly felt like the most beautiful BRIDE! The best part is, I totally enjoyed getting there! Alicia made this possible for me and I am still attending her classes -from Zumba, strength building, kickboxing, Strong, just to name a few -she makes it so fun to get healthy and stay in shape. When you feel like you can't keep going, Alicia will get you there. My hard work has played off and I owe it to Alicia! If you are looking for a change,I would highly recommend getting in contact with this girl! You will not regret it!

    Alicia rocks, plain and simple. No matter what your fitness level is, she will help you achieve your goals, and then exceed them! And most importantly, she keeps things fun and motivating along the way. I've taken a variety of her classes regularly, and I never get bored. She takes an educated, whole-body approach to all of the workouts she designs, and takes the time to teach good form and help each individual improve. I don't think I've ever seen her repeat the same workout twice. You won't ever feel like slacking off in her classes either - she brings a ton of positive energy to every workout. Ever come across someone who truly loves their job and does it for all the right reasons? That's Alicia. It shows in everything she does, and I couldn't give her a more enthusiastic recommendation!

    I have taken many of Alicia's classes including TRX, Zumba, WAR, Kettlebell, Bootcamp, etc. One class is better than the next. I always look forward to my workouts with her. She makes every class interesting. She is very good at motivating her students, mixing up the workouts so you don't get bored, learning new routines or techniques, and coaching her students to achieve their fitness goals. Alicia is, also, excellent at maximizing workout(s); she focuses on working many different muscles simultaneously. I highly recommend Alicia!

    Simply put, you can't find a more dedicated and focused fitness professional anywhere. Her attention to detail and love of fitness show in everything she does! Not only does take the time to make her clients feel important, she takes the time to prepare for every class, every day. I love that she is not just simply someone who does one thing well, she tries to be diverse in her skills, whether it be Zumba, Silver Sneakers or one on one personal training...I give Alicia the highest recommendation!!!

    Alicia is AWESOME! She was my personal fitness trainer for years before she accepted her current position at Pine Community Center. Her degree in Exercise Science and the numerous certifications she has received over the years, makes her the perfect choice for anyone looking to get into a fitness routine. She is very caring and compassionate when it comes to her clients, and personally I think that's what seperates herself from others. She brings enthusiasm to whatever she does, whether it's personal training or teaching her many classes. Alicia is the consummate professional and I reccomend her highly!
