Hi and thanks for reading. My name is Candice Luciani and I'm a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Master Personal Trainer, and Nutritional Consultant. Currently, I'm learning Olympic lifting and can power clean my bodyweight, snatch a little over 100 pounds and have a state record as an amateur in RPS powerlifting.
I write diet and exercise programs that are detailed for the individual. No two are alike. I've worked with ages 8-80.
I have been resistance training for 13 years and have learned a lot about different methods and techniques as well as ways to stay healthy. I incorporate stability training into my own training since I'm hypermobile and practive Vinyasa yoga and meditation.
I have experience working with men and women of all ages and health levels. I also train athletes. I know how to write and execute beginner to advanced programs for strength, muscle building (hypertrophy), and endurance as well as conditioning programs and agility or plyometrics programming.
I hold a blue belt in Moo Duk Kwan and growing up was in volleyball and softball. I was always active and outside and also hike, backpack, kayak, and am learning bow hunting.
